Cayley.Soundness.PackPoly

Polynomial expressions #

PE is a tiny syntax for integer polynomials in five variables. PE.ev evaluates it in any commutative ring; PE.mv is the polynomial itself. The syntactic degree PE.deg bounds every exponent of PE.mv, and PE.nrm bounds the sum of the absolute values of its coefficients.
